Just wondering if he will have a town hall meeting with the public. I haven't seen when he has had them scheduled. Did hear he ONLY has them in August. Does he meet with the public or just prearranged tours?

Just curious. Is the town considering high efficient such as LED lights? If they can get lights that are more efficient why would Duke charge twice as much?
