A free family fishing clinic will be held at the Mountain Research Station in Waynesville from 10 a.m.-noon on Saturday, June 3.
It’s a great chance to introduce your kids to fishing, even if you’ve never baited a hook before. In addition to poles and bait being provided, experts will be on hand to teach kids how to cast their lines, reel in their catch and remove their fish from the hook.
