WAYNESVILLE — Cecile P. Fish, 79 went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at her residence surrounded by her family.
Cecile was born in Madison County on May 10, 1940, to the late Wade and Annie Presnell. She enjoyed working in her flowers, watching Tarheel basketball, especially Steph Curry, camping and going to the Lake Chatuge. Most of all Cecile loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, Cecile was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Presnell.
Cecile is survived by her husband of 61 years, Ronald Fish; son, Dewayne Fish (Sherry); daughter, Renee Henline (Eddie); sister, Annette Chambers; seven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren; and her special family Juan and Rosie Camacho and children.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday June 7, in the chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations with the Rev. Gary Putnam and the Rev. Chad Ellege officiating.
Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Juan Camacho, Billy Wade Presnell, Randy Presnell, Bill Revels, Clint Watkins, and Branson Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Jonathon and Jordan Camacho. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 6, at Garrett Funerals and Cremations and at other times at the home.
