The Small Business Center at Haywood Community College (HCC) will offer a free webinar “Working with Angry Customer Behaviors in Your Small Business” from 9 -10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 20.
Angry, nasty and even downright unreasonable customers on a mission to tell and show you how they feel come to every business. Their behaviors really are difficult.
The good news is that business owners can choose to not let them drag you down or ruin the day. And by using a few proven techniques and questions, some of these angry customers could actually leave feeling better.
The “Working with Angry Customer Behaviors” webinar is an interactive program filled with practical and useful information that will assist small business owners to more effectively handle angry customers the next time they appear.
Attendees will learn and begin to master:
• Using the E+R=O technique to reduce stress and improve response to situations they can or cannot control
• Three powerful techniques for not “eating the angry customer’s poison” and not taking things personally
• Specific phrases to use with customers that help keep emotions under control
The speaker is Andrew Sanderbeck, who has been developing and conducting training seminars and web-based programs for more than 15 years. He has presented web-based, online and Face-to-Face sessions on management and leadership, customer service and communication skills in the U.S. and countries around the world. Sanderbeck is the author of two books and more than 50 webinars.
