The Fund for Haywood County will be awarding grants in March 2019 through The Fund for Haywood County’s Grant Program.
This is a new grant program that offers grants for a wide variety of charitable purposes.
There will be an information session fron 9 to 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019 at the NC Cooperative Extension Office – Haywood County Center (589 Raccoon Rd, Waynesville).
This is an opportunity to learn more about The Fund for Haywood County Grant Program and to meet members of the Fund’s Advisory Board.
Those interested should RSVP if they plan to attend.
The Fund for Haywood County Grant Program will be a competitive process and will award grants of between $2,500 to $7,500. The Fund’s Advisory Board will review applications to select those demonstrating the greatest community benefit.
Applications are due by 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2, for projects starting on or after April 1, 2019.
