The number of positive cases have settled in at 4-6 per day, but health officials would like that number to be tamped back to June's 2-3 per day or lower. Waynesville Recreation Center opens Tuesday
Even though fitness center capacity is limited to 30 percent, the language stipulates that means fire safety capacity. That means centers with large gymnasiums have a lot of leeway since the capacity includes the maximum number of folks who can crowd in to watch a game.
