YEARS OF EXPERIENCE — Pictured is Riverside Custom Meat Processing co-owner Darren Wade, who has years of experience cutting up meat.
Riverside Custom Meat Processing has expanded to selling pork to the public.
Owners Darren and Karen Wade have added fresh pork offerings including mild, medium and hot sausage, bone in pork chops, ribs, tenderloin and special cuts.
“We opened a small meat processing business in Haywood County in July 2021 and have been blessed with a lot of business,” Karen Wade said.
The Wades are part of a four-generation family at the farm in Crabtree.
“We’ve cut up our own meat for years,” said Darren Wade, who is part of the working family farm.
Hours vary, so those interested are asked to call 828-593-8326 before visiting.
