CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST — Kay Anderson, founder of The HumanSide, will speak at the Haywood County Chamber’s March 22 Women in Business luncheon. She’s a certified trainer HeartMath, which uses science-based techniques to help clients reduce stress, anxiety and build resilience.
The community is experiencing an abundance of stress these days. To help find direction in troubling times, the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Women in Business luncheon focused on relieving stress from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Wednesday, March 22, at Wells Events & Reception Center, Waynesville.
Guest speaker Kay Anderson will discuss the science of resilience and skills used to reduce stress and increase focus in a high-pressure environment.
Anderson, a Clyde resident, founded The HumanSide to support leaders and organizations experiencing radical transformation. She is a certified trainer in the HeartMath® program, which shares science-based techniques to help clients reduce stress, anxiety and build resilience.
Her specialties are corporate training, leadership, organizational development and change management.
