Grazing conference

NEW TECHNOLOGY FOR GRAZING — The NC Forage and Grassland Council hosts the 2020 Winter Conference, focusing on grazing systems and technologies, Jan. 21, at the WNC Regional Livestock Center.

The North Carolina Forage and Grassland Council will host the 2020 Winter Conference Series Tuesday, Jan. 21, at the WNC Regional Livestock Center.

The topic is: “Using New Technology in Grazing Systems.”

This conference will include workshops by Dan Glenn from Deep Grass Graziers and Scott Flynn from Corteva Agriscience speaking about grazing systems and technologies that can be implemented to improve them. There will be pesticide and animal waste credits available at this meeting.

Attendees are asked to register online at: www.nccattle.com/nc-forage-grasslands-council/events/winter-conference/registration. Cost is $25 for adults and $10 for students.

The Center is at 474 Stock Dr., Canton.
