A silent auction and open house will be held at The Creative Thought Center, a non-profit spiritual community in Waynesville, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 29.

The public is invited to meet the warm-hearted and compassionate people in this interfaith community and join in celebrating the arrival of summer in the mountains.

There will be light refreshments, activities and music. A silent auction will include paintings, graphic arts, metal work and fiber art, as well as the opportunity to bid on sessions with licensed healing arts professionals.

All items are donated and the entire proceeds fund the spiritual and charity programs of the Creative Thought Center.

The thrift store will be open as well, which supports the Creative Thought Center’s focus on helping those in need.

Located at 449-D Pigeon St. 828-729-3949 or www.creativethoughtcenter.org.
