The Wildlife Society at Haywood Community College will host the Brook and Beast Feast at 6 p.m., Friday, Nov. 16 at the Haywood County Fairgrounds.
The Brook and Beast Feast, formerly known as the Wild Game Dinner, is a fundraiser for HCC fish and wildlife management technology students.
Funds generated during the event will provide the financial assistance needed to attend the annual Southeastern Wildlife Conclave, support a wildlife student scholarship and provide additional opportunities for students to learn from and network with natural resource professionals at state, regional and national meetings.
The event will feature a menu including pulled pork, fried fish, venison and more.
The event will also have door prize drawings, a silent and live auction and live music.
Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door.
For each admission ticket purchased, the ticket holder will be entered to win a $300 Field and Stream gift certificate.
