A demonstration of new voting machines will be held at the Haywood County Board of Elections with two sessions from 10-11:30 a.m. and noon-1:30 p.m. The demo is one of only five being held across the state and the only site for WNC for county election boards and the public to see three types of voting machines being considered for adoption by the state.
