Republican club meets

The Haywood County Republican Club will hold its regular monthly breakfast meeting at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 20, at Duvall’s Restaurant in Waynesville. This will be the first meeting for the new officers: President Bill Barkley; vice-presidents Ray Warren and Bob Neumann; Secretary Claire Barkley and Treasurer Dale Carpenter.

There will be a discussion about precinct organization, special events, the annual Haywood County convention and other committee activity. All Republicans are welcome.
